What are appearance sensitive parts?
Exterior Panels & Bumpers
Appearance-sensitive parts include items like bonnets, wings, bumpers, doors, and similar exterior components. When buying these parts, please note that they typically need to be repaired, prepared, and painted before being installed on your vehicle. Just like with new parts, you’ll need to paint them to match your car’s color.
If you’d like to see images of the part before buying, feel free to open the online chat, and we can show you options. This can be helpful if you're looking for a panel in your vehicle’s color to speed up the repair process or if you want to install it directly without painting.
What does Provenance & Traceability mean?
Provenance refers to the documented history of a car part, where it originated, which vehicle it was removed from and by which licensed authorised treatment facility.
Traceability is the ability to track a part's movement through the supply chain, from the point of removal from a donor vehicle to its final installation or sale. It ensures that all relevant data about the part can be retrieved and verified.
What are Carbon Savings?
Carbon Savings are the measurable reductions in CO2 emissions achieved by reusing parts instead of producing new ones. It's a key part of making the automotive industry more sustainable, cost-effective and resource efficient.
