Do I need an account to purchase parts?

You can checkout as a guest, we recommend setting up an account to make it easier to track purchases.

Does ineedspares.com offer a warranty?

Yes we do, all our spare parts with a Grade of A, B or C include a 3 - 12 month warranty depending on product. You can find out more about our amazing warranty here.

 

Can I click and collect?

Yes certainly, you can select a click and collect destination at the checkout and items are usually delivered next day.

 

How do I track the delivery progress of my order?

Once your order has been packaged and dispatched we will update your order screen with a tracking number. You can use this number on either DPD or Palletways Tracking website to see progress. Links to these websites can be found by clicking here.

 

How can I ensure that the correct part is ordered?

Great question, the most effective way is to obtain your MPN (Manufactures Part Number) which in most cases is located on the part itself. By matching yours with ours then you can ensure the correct part is ordered. 

If you are unable to located this then speak to your local garage / main dealer who may be able to assist.
